“Chris and his team are awesome. I purchased a boat that had an existing water maker that needed service. I was fortunate to find Echotec. Chris and his partner came to the boat and diagnosed problems, such as faulty pressure gauge and other problems. (Please note that we were leaving on the boat, sailing to the Bahamas in two days, time was critical) Chris and his partner secured necessary parts and had the water maker making clean water the same day. The guys were extremely patient and guided me through the process of how to operate the equipment. I was very pleased and their prices were conservative. The next day in the ocean, the water maker stopped producing clean water.

Chris had given me his telephone number, and we had several calls. We went through several scenarios. The problem turned out to be a loose hose. I had requested that he send new membranes and other parts, however Chris insisted that we did not need to proceed until all options were exhausted. I have had boats all me life and I have to say that the service and knowledge exceeded any expectations .
